1-Consistency

Constant effort and scheduled workouts are the main reason some people stay fit while others start strong and then watch their fitness goals fade away.

A fit lifestyle is a marathon, not a sprint. The tough truth is you’ll have to make some changes like going to bed at a regular time and maybe even give up your hours of screen time. It is completely doable. Our bodies are designed for movement. Start slow with something you can actually do 3 times a week and build the intensity, frequency, and type of workout as you get more capable.
