I’m writing this blog to keep track of all of the wonderful things I’ve learnt about life while you were sweating. I’m also going to track my own fitness journey as I’m heading into my murky middle years.
My blog is going to be a little different from other fitness blogs because I think the reason most people are deconditioned (also-known-as What the hell happened to my body?) doesn’t have a lot to do with the hour you spend (or don’t spend) in the gym. It’s what is happening to you the other 23 hours of your daily life that needs to be figured out.
